Hi,

we have made a mistake during the creation of package 1.1.0 for myt, so if you download and replace the index.php attached to this post, it should work now.
We have also updated our download package on sourceforge if you want you can download it again
anyway thank you for your report.

about the database question, you need to create a database before running the script.
There is no needed to change database name in files because we have a wizard that will do this for you on first access to myt

Let us know if works.

Hello
I am trying to install the last version of MyT on my Ubuntu.
Installer says everything is right but the "Not Found" default page is always showed when the url "http://localhost/myt/site/login" is requested.
I would apreciate any clue.
Thanks

Hi trackom,
Does it works if you point your browser to: http://localhost/myt/index.php?r=site/login ?

Hello there, same problem!

index.php?r=site/login works.

http://www.xxx/pm/index.php?r=task/index works for example, but any link goes to http://www.xxx/pm/user/index, again for example.

Custom web server, no hostings and other silly crap.

apache24-2.4.10_2

Vhost with a lots of different web applications, here's MyT conf:

Alias /pm/ "/usr/local/www/xxx/pm/"
Alias /pm "/usr/local/www/xxx/pm/"

<Directory "/usr/local/www/xxx/pm/">
AllowOverride All
Options All
Require all granted
</Directory>

Hi amd_miek,
Is mod_rewrite of your web server enabled?
In meanwhile, you can change in your config:

/protected/config/main.php:

search
PHP Code:
'urlManager' => array(

'urlFormat' => 'path'

replace with:
PHP Code:
'urlManager' => array(

'urlFormat' => 'get'

this will make your url work in the way: index.php?r=site/login

Hello.

Code:
cat /usr/local/etc/apache24/httpd.conf | grep rewr
LoadModule rewrite_module libexec/apache24/mod_rewrite.so

Rewrite module is enabled and used on some other applications and vhosts.

I've made changes in config/main.php and now it seems working, but not all media files are displayed. For example in task/create this place shows no corresponding image:

PHP Code:
<img id="multi-select-switch" src="../images/multi-select-switch.png" alt=""

----------------------

Tried clean install on a different server. Pretty clean server, almost empty vhost, no other redirects/rewrites and so on. Just running phpmyadmin.
mod_rewrite enabled

Code:
<VirtualHost *:80>
       ServerName xxx

Alias /pm "/usr/local/www/pm/"
Alias /pm/ "/usr/local/www/pm/"

<Directory "/usr/local/www/pm/">
Options All
AllowOverride All
Require all granted
</Directory>

</VirtualHost>

Same thing, half-working. Will be glad to test some patches and provide any info.

Hi amd_miek,
Thank you for your report and your patience, can you send me via PM an ftp demo account to do some test on your server?
I will personally investigate on this behavior
